WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE?
This website is a pro bono effort to help connect customers with local businesses to purchase gift cards and place curbside pickup orders. Gift cards and other purchases help these small businesses maintain their cash flow until the quarantine is over.
 
HOW ARE MY CHARGES PROCESSED?
Purchases are processed securely within each business's online payment provider (such as a PayPal Business account). No funds are collected or processed within this website. Some businesses may be equipped to sell gift cards only by phone. Business phone numbers and/or emails are included as available. 
WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT REFUNDS OR BILLING PROBLEMS?
Please contact the individual business from whom you made the  purchase. The individual business is the only one with access to your payment transactions.
HOW DO I GET MY GIFT CARD?
Please contact the individual business from whom you made the purchase. Each business will have  its own method for gift card distribution - usually during pickup hours or by mail.
HOW DO I PURCHASE MULTIPLE CARDS OR A LARGER DOLLAR VALUE CARD?
The business may have options to select specific dollar amounts at checkout. Multiple card purchases may require multiple transactions - one card per transaction. If you have questions about gift card purchases, please contact the individual business directly.
WHO IS MANAGING THIS WEBSITE?
This site was designed, built and is managed by Flair Communication, a local digital marketing agency in downtown Fredericksburg. It was created as a means to help fellow small businesses mitigate some of the financial impact of the COVID-19 quarantine, closures and service restrictions by making it easier for their customers to contact them and make purchases online.
